Why we started
In 2023 we set out to solve a personal pain: our co-founder was losing revenue every week to last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and a patchwork of client records. Bookable U was born as a focused fix to keep schedules full and protect the business she had built.
That tool quickly grew into an all-in-one booking experience, and we chose to share it completely free with professionals. A straightforward small platform fee on each customer booking lets us invest in faster feature development, hands-on onboarding, and ongoing support—without asking salons for heavy commissions or monthly contracts.

Built to stop empty chairs
We started Bookable U to tackle last-minute cancellations and no-shows for our own salon, automatically filling gaps so revenue stayed protected.
