All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
As these are last minute appointments we encourage customers to make every effort to attend the scheduled booking. If circumstances change and there is an emergency where you can no longer attend your scheduled appointment it is advisable to contact the professional in advance to notify them using the details provided in the booking confirmation email. Refunds may be provided at the discretion of the professional who you booked your service with. So Last Minute Ltd have no control or influence over the refund policies of individual businesses on the marketplace. If the professional agrees to a refund, that is at their discretion and they have the ability to process this via the app. The services you can book or buy via the So Last Minute marketplace app are sold by the individual professionals and businesses and not by us (So Last Minute Ltd). We are only responsible for arranging your appointment, and we have been appointed by the professionals subscribed on the marketplace to act as their commercial agent in doing so.
