Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Anyone of working age can participate in the referral programme regardless of where they live. Referred businesses must be new to Bookable U and operate in a market where we support platform access and payouts.
2. Successful Referral Criteria
A referral completes when the business finishes onboarding, activates Stripe Connect, and publishes their profile to accept bookings within 30 days of the introduction.
3. Referral Reward
When the referred business completes onboarding and reaches 200 completed bookings within their first 3 calendar months, Bookable U releases both rewards together: £100 to the referrer and a £50 sign-on cash incentive to the business. Only bookings processed online through Bookable U count toward the threshold—cancelled, refunded, or cash bookings do not qualify.
4. Fair Use
- Referrals must be genuine introductions to businesses you know or can connect with us.
- Self-referrals or businesses you own or control are not eligible.
- We may withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or conflicting promotions.
5. Programme Duration
This programme runs year-round. We may pause or amend it, but confirmed referrals will always receive their rewards.
