Reflexology

This non-invasive complementary health therapy can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing and if you have ever had it you will be sure to agree that as a treatment it is in a league of its own 👣. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas. You will come floating out of our treatment room into our relaxation room to slowly bring yourself round with a refreshing bowl of sorbet and fruit and choice of herbal tea or water 🍉 . Top it off with 60 minutes use of our thermal suite.
