Initial Assessment (Adult Counselling)

A 15–30 minute session designed to help us get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit to work together. We’ll talk through what’s been going on for you, your goals for counselling, and anything you’d like support with. This session also gives me a chance to gather some background information if you decide to continue. It’s offered online or by telephone, providing a relaxed, confidential space where you can ask questions, feel informed, and decide whether counselling feels right for you.
