A 60-minute deep tissue sports massage designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and support recovery. This is a hands-on treatment that works into the deeper layers of muscle, helping to ease tightness, improve mobility and address areas of discomfort or imbalance. Pressure is always adapted to suit your individual pain threshold, ensuring the treatment remains effective while still being manageable and comfortable for you. Depending on your needs, the session may also include additional techniques such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) and Dry Cupping Therapy, which can help to release tension, improve circulation and support the body’s natural healing process. Treatments are tailored to you and may focus on specific problem areas or work more generally across the body, depending on what you’re looking to get from the session—whether that’s recovery from training, injury prevention, or simply reducing day-to-day aches and tension.
