CYP Counselling Package (6 sessions)

A block of 6 counselling sessions (50 minutes each) for children and young people, offered at a reduced rate when paid in advance. This package provides a consistent and supportive space for young people to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Sessions are adapted to suit the age and needs of the young person, using a mix of talking and creative approaches to help them engage in a way that feels safe and comfortable. Ongoing sessions support the development of confidence, understanding and healthier ways of coping. Please note, a parental assessment must be completed before booking this package to ensure suitability.
