Payment will be processed upon booking confirmation.
Booking fees are non-refundable. By paying a booking fee, you are reserving a dedicated appointment time that is removed from our availability. The booking fee is retained as consideration for reserving this appointment and is therefore non-refundable if you choose to cancel or do not attend your appointment. Except where required by law or where Aurella Hair & Beauty cancels the appointment, booking fees are also non-transferable and cannot be credited towards another appointment.
