Lay up on our heated beds under a cozy fluffy blanket and let us take you to a world of relaxation 😌 Whether your needing the knots worked out or just need to let go of the outside world for a hour, we have you covered. Includes our signature fruit & sorbet bowl with a choice of herbal tea or water. Plus 60 minutes in the thermal suite.
Deep tissue massage (60m)
1 hour
The massage will include work on the back,neck and shoulders releasing any built up tension and working out the knots in your muscles. It will consist of heavy pressure at times and various trigger point release techniques todo this.
