Massage

Sports Massage/Deep Tissue Massage (30 mins)

£25.00

A 30-minute deep tissue sports massage focused on targeting specific areas of tension, pain or restriction. This shorter session is ideal if you have a particular problem area you’d like to work on—such as the neck and shoulders, lower back, or legs. Using deep tissue techniques, the treatment works into the deeper layers of muscle to help release tightness, reduce discomfort and improve movement. Pressure is always adapted to suit your individual pain threshold, ensuring it remains effective while still manageable for you. Where appropriate, additional techniques such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) and Dry Cupping Therapy may be used to support muscle release, improve circulation and enhance overall results.

Sports Massage/Deep Tissue Massage (1hr)

£45.00

A 60-minute deep tissue sports massage designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and support recovery. This is a hands-on treatment that works into the deeper layers of muscle, helping to ease tightness, improve mobility and address areas of discomfort or imbalance. Pressure is always adapted to suit your individual pain threshold, ensuring the treatment remains effective while still being manageable and comfortable for you. Depending on your needs, the session may also include additional techniques such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) and Dry Cupping Therapy, which can help to release tension, improve circulation and support the body’s natural healing process. Treatments are tailored to you and may focus on specific problem areas or work more generally across the body, depending on what you’re looking to get from the session—whether that’s recovery from training, injury prevention, or simply reducing day-to-day aches and tension.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (1hr)

£60.00

A 60-minute gentle, rhythmical massage designed to support the body’s lymphatic system and encourage the natural removal of waste and excess fluid. This treatment uses light, flowing movements rather than deep pressure, helping to stimulate circulation, reduce swelling and promote overall wellbeing. Unlike deep tissue massage, this is a much lighter approach, making it ideal for those experiencing fluid retention, puffiness, fatigue, or simply looking to support their immune system and relaxation. It can also be beneficial post-injury or alongside general wellness routines. Each session is tailored to your needs, with a calm and soothing pace that encourages the body to relax and rebalance. This is a deeply relaxing treatment that not only supports physical health, but can also leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more refreshed.

Sports Massage/Deep Tissue Massage (90 mins)

£65.00

A 90-minute deep tissue sports massage, often considered a full body treatment. This extended session allows time to work across multiple areas of the body while still giving extra attention to any particular spots that may need more focused work. Using deep tissue techniques, the treatment works into the deeper layers of muscle to release tension, reduce pain and improve overall movement. Pressure is always adapted to suit your individual pain threshold, ensuring the session remains effective while still comfortable for you. While this is typically a full body approach, the session is always tailored to your needs on the day—meaning if a specific area requires more time and attention, this can be prioritised. Where appropriate, additional techniques such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) and Dry Cupping Therapy may also be used to support muscle release, improve circulation and enhance recovery.
